Siel Bleu Ireland Not for profit organisation who provide life enhancing exercise programmes to older adults and patient groups. Siel Bleu Ireland is the first specific effort to promote exercise among older adults and patient groups in Ireland, with the aim of improving overall wellbeing.They have two classes a day - A community class on Facebook at 11am & a Nursing Home class on Youtube at 2pm.

ExWell Medical 

ExWell Medical CLG is a social enterprise, not for profit, funded by Social Innovation Fund Ireland

It offers community-based supervised exercise classes, as well as home programmes to people with many different long term illnesses. Participants will be encouraged to become fit and active in a friendly, safe and enjoyable environment.

This programme offers a detailed and supportive home exercise programme for people with any long term medical problem.  The programme operates on medical referral and has medical oversight.

There is a short video tuition session on the RTE website every Monday, Wednesday and Friday on the Lifestyle page.
