Morning Movers 
| Morning Movers - For all levels of walkers and runners, lets move together. Stay Connected and Stay Active over ZOOM with the Morning Movers free run and walk group every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 7:30am. Starting on Tuesday morning the 4th of May Make this part of your daily exercise routine and also there will be advice, support and encouragement . Virtual 2km Family Walk 
| Longford Sports Partnership is going VIRTUAL and will be setting a few challenges over the next few weeks. We will continue with these if government advise remains that it is OK to exercise briefly outside while observing social distancing and staying within 2 km of your home. This is a virtual challenge that can take place between Tuesday March 31st till the Saturday 30th May. Do this as a family, stay within 2KM of your home and maintaining HSE guideline on social distancing. WALK anytime between Tuesday March 31st and Saturday 30th of May When you've completed your walk post a photo online and tag @longfordsportspartnership on Instagram or Longford Sports Partnership on Facebook If you wish you can add a description telling a bit about your walk/run.
