Longford National Governing Body of Sport Development Officers Rugby - Dylan Quinn , FAI Graham Kane and GAA- Ciarán Mac Eochaidh share their skills and tips on activities that can be done at home. For the month of July each of the NGB officers  will sets challenges that can be done at home  , this will also be posted on our social media channels.  These activities are suitable for all and especially for young children.
