A relaxed, male-friendly programme designed to support the physical, mental, and social wellbeing of members in local Men’s Sheds.

It’s not about “doing workouts” — it’s about moving more, learning new things, and enjoying good company.

  • Physical Activity Taster Sessions
    (e.g., chair-based movement, stretching, walking groups, tai chi, circuits)

  • Health & Lifestyle Talks
    (topics like heart health, nutrition, sleep, stress, and mental health)

  • Workshops & Skills Sharing
    (e.g., cooking for one, gardening, first aid, mindfulness)

  • Check-Ins & Chats
    Opportunities to talk openly in a safe, informal space

  • Open to all Men’s Shed members

  • No fitness level or experience needed

  • Tailored to the group’s interests and abilities
